Track Every Crossfit Exercise

Extracting movement patterns and the orientation of weights and your body in 3D space, the WurQ system automatically recognizes 70+ unique and 100+ derivative exercises across three modalities (Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Metabolic Conditioning). It then detects when you start and finish each movement, breaking your training session into a workout log.

Measure Relevant Bio-mechanical Metrics

Leveraging signal processing and human kinematics, the system measures bio-mechanical parameters like pacing, range of motion, and rest vs. active time for every round and presents them in a digestible format, either by set or by round for each movement.
